Yes, many of us are resistant, unfamiliar with, rusty, unpracticed, in enjoying a nourishing solo sex life.
Yes, solo sex is still greatly shamed in so many cultures. From shitty ideas that we have sex with ourself because no one else would want to, to horrifying conditionings of solo sex being a perversion of nature.
And yes, it’s no coincidence that we’re living in a time where so many people are experiencing crisis in lacking self love.
It really is time we invest more in loving ourselves!

- Find a cosy place.
