Why does self ownership make such a big difference?
We are a bundle of many parts, called in many directions, and drawn towards many different experiences. That’s part of our beauty as human beings.
We cannot meet every individual part of ourselves in every moment, and yet we all want to feel met by life. We can meet ourselves in our wholeness where every part has a place and space to live and breathe within us. To land in our wholeness, we must seek what has been lost: the disowned parts of ourselves that are desperate for nourishment and the path to reintegration. The flow of our erotic life force is such a great resource for whole body integration and can override our separate & small making programming, to land us back in our power to collaborate, inside of ourselves, with life, and out in the world.
In collaboration each part has a role to play. Each piece of us has a role to own. But these pieces can’t own their role until we own them as parts of ourselves. When we own our various parts it anchors them within us and within the purpose of our life, which is ultimately to be lived. When all our parts line up in the frequency of living, we get a blast of the force of our wholeness!
