14TH MARCH 2020 STATEMENT IN REGARD TO COVID-19 in relation to the work I do in my business, formerly ‘Exalted Heart’, now ‘Empowerment Through Eros’.
I love to gather with people and celebrate togetherness, connection, touch and sexuality. I love to hold group spaces for people to dive deeply into themselves and their relationships with others.
With the current threat to human life that I feel the rapid spreading of COVID-19 presents right now, I feel a clear ‘no’ in my body to hosting in-person events and workshops at this time. I feel a responsibility to not gather people together in groups at this time and in doing so, perhaps contribute in slowing down the spreading of this virus. I sincerely hope that in taking greater precautions that we can safeguard more of the lives of those at risk.
Please be aware that I am unsure of the actual level of risk present. I am acting in response to what feels aligned in my body and from the information that I have found credible.

Lastly, intimacy, touch, and sexuality are incredibly important elements for our overall health and wellbeing. I’m looking forward to exploring them with you online over the coming weeks.
