  Our eros is an integral part of living our wholeness. It is an incredible force for whole body integration and coming back home to ourselves and our hunger for life!

  In this online course you’ll be guided to feel the power and pleasure of placing and moving your attention in your body to enhance your experience and enjoyment of your erotic aliveness.

  The practices in this course are clothes on, inner body focused meditations for erotic wellbeing. 

These body meditations have been created by me and are inspired by my tantric yoga studies together with my work with individuals, couples, and groups as sex coach. Over the years, I have used these practices to support people in transforming their relationship with their own sexuality and their relationships with their sex partners.

In this course you’ll experience erotic wellbeing body meditations that enhance your connection with your desire, sexual fantasy, genitals, anus, ecstasy, and more!

This is not a genital self-pleasuring course (as enjoyable as they are). This course does not include manual genital stimulation. You are asked to agree to keep your genital area clothed throughout this course. With that said, you may experience genital arousal during this course without any touching of your genitals.

About Sadhu

Sadhu is a powerfully present, clear, warm, and playful facilitator and space-holder, and brings expertise in ritual process, erotic empowerment, embodiment practices, and shadow work. He is a sex and relationship coach who works with individuals, couples, and groups in Amsterdam and internationally.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance of the course beginning will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of €25. Cancellations made 28 days or less before the course starts will be charged in full. In unavoidable circumstances Sadhu may, at his own discretion, give a full refund (minus the €25 administration fee) or transfer your payment to a future course.
