Touch has always been a very awakened experience for me, and an integral aspect of life. My profound affinity with touch directed me unknowingly to work with autistic children in my late teens, where I received rich insight into the communicative and nurturing depths of physical human contact.In my early twenties I trained in a number of bodywork and massage modalities including neuromuscular trigger point therapy, Indian head massage, foot reflexology, and kinesiology. I also trained in several energy work methodologies such as Reiki.
I have a great love of biomechanics and attended numerous Anusara Yoga Therapy trainings including several with Anusara Yoga founder, John Friend. I very much enjoyed developing skills to support people in navigating injuries & ailments of all kinds and in finding greater freedom in their bodies.
Over the years I’ve found that my great passion lies in combining depth work and touch to support people to relish the richness and subtlety of integrated, whole body experience, ignited by their sexuality flowing freely.
I use my skills in erotic bodywork, transformative space holding, coaching and counseling, and in guiding emotional expression & release, to support others in nourishing the core places of their being.

I have studied with expert meditation, yoga & tantric philosophy teachers such as Sally Kempton, Douglas Brooks, Swami Karunananda, and Carlos Pomeda. I have completed meditation teacher trainings with Integral Yoga and Sally Kempton. I was first exposed to meditation as a teenager when I attended Triratna Buddhism meditation classes. I later studied the mystical Kabbalah and tarot in depth on both the one month and three month immersive meditation courses at Las Piramides, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
When living in London I offered numerous meditation courses where I delighted in guiding an experiential overview of the vast possibilities for deep self intimacy that meditation presents.
I have long been captivated by, and dedicated to, the journey of developing and sustaining regular spiritual practice. Meditation together with pranayama (yogic breathing practices) have for many years been the foundation of my personal practice.

I trained extensively across the globe from 2005-2011 with John Friend; the founder of Anusara Yoga, and was a licensed Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher for 4 years. I enjoyed more than 1600 hours of Anusara Yoga training, and remain richly influenced by this yoga methodology. I have trained all over the world with highly skilled yoga teachers from a wide range of approaches, and have received comprehensive schooling and teacher training in the Iyengar Yoga system, Integral Yoga tradition, and from AcroYoga International. I spent more than a year in India exploring both yoga and spiritual communities (ashrams), and have also lived and served at Satchidananda Ashram Yogaville, Virginia, U.S.A, for which I have a deep affection. I have staffed numerous Integral Yoga teacher training programs at Yogaville, and have taught on yoga teacher trainings for Yoga-Minds in the Netherlands and for Blissworks in the U.S.A. Over the years I have taught many yoga alignments, yogic self-inquiry, and acro yoga courses & workshops, and have mentored yoga teachers wanting to deepen and develop their craft. I have a particular passion for the mythology woven throughout the yoga tradition and you’ll often find me sharing these great stories and the profound teachings they hold, within my offerings.

One of the big highlights in my yearly calendar is the Goddess Conference in Glastonbury, UK, where I delight in serving as priest of the Goddess in various capacities, as well as being a regular speaker and workshop contributor. In the 2019 Sun Lover Goddess Conference I formed part of the team of 10 ceremonial priest/esses who designed and led the ceremony for the conference week. This fabulous event is very dear to my heart.

I love to create, lead, support, and partake in ceremony to mark transformational thresholds in life. I have gleaned much insight and inspiration from various plant medicine ceremonies, Mayan fire ceremonies, pagan seasonal ceremonies, yogic fire ceremonies, as well as many other ceremonial forms. In early 2022 I will be spending 6weeks with the Yawanawa tribe in the Brazilian Amazon.

A big part of my own spiritual journey has been the practice of personal retreat. In 2003 I undertook a 40-day silent retreat as part of Las Piramides 3 month meditation course in Guatemala. Since this time I have derived great insight from numerous periods of retreat, and at the beginning of 2012, I spent 3 months living out in the wilds of New Zealand, immersing myself deeply in the practices of meditation, yogic breathing, journaling, and in the enchanting ways of the natural world. In my regular daily life, I love spending time immersing myself in the stories and archetypes of the world’s various mythological traditions.
